Our policy allows you to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving your package, guaranteeing a full refund or an exchange for the correct size. - Right of withdrawal: Exerciseable within 14 calendar days of delivery of the goods without having to provide any reason.
- Product conditions: Items must be returned intact, unworn (except for trying on), with the original tags and in their original packaging.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Code)
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, if you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically receives the products.
2. How to Make a Return or Size Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Send an explicit declaration via email to our Customer Service, specifying the order number and the desired action (return or size exchange).
- Place the products in their original packaging, making sure they are in the same condition in which you received them.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer care.
Note for international shipments (Extra-EU): In case of returns from a country outside the European Union, all customs costs and import duties related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Refund Times and Methods
Pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, we will refund all payments made by you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
